Position Title: Lead Transformation Analyst

 

Role overview:

Responsible for executing activities for ensuring effective reporting and controls and maintaining the efficiency of the controls

Requirements Summary:

  • Lead finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and systems and develop plans to address inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into financial improvement strategies.
  • Work with financial data to provide insights and support decision-making for finance transformation projects.
  • Develop and manage performance metrics to track the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Play a key role in managing the organizational change process, including communication and training for finance teams.
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation degree/diploma or equivalent in financial and management accounting and/or Finance. Professional certification like CMA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA is preferred

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 5 or more years’ experience in a similar role with a large company preferably in real estate development
  • Working knowledge of financial reporting controls
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with MS Excel, MS Word
  • Previous experience with SAP
