Position Title: Lead Transformation Analyst
Role overview:
Responsible for executing activities for ensuring effective reporting and controls and maintaining the efficiency of the controls
Requirements Summary:
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and systems and develop plans to address inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into financial improvement strategies.
- Work with financial data to provide insights and support decision-making for finance transformation projects.
- Develop and manage performance metrics to track the success of transformation initiatives.
- Play a key role in managing the organizational change process, including communication and training for finance teams.
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation degree/diploma or equivalent in financial and management accounting and/or Finance. Professional certification like CMA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 5 or more years’ experience in a similar role with a large company preferably in real estate development
- Working knowledge of financial reporting controls
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with MS Excel, MS Word
- Previous experience with SAP
