Job Purpose:
responsible for planning and overseeing a specific project or a wide range of different construction projects. They are responsible for monitoring the project team overall process from conceptualization until completion, within budget goals, and required deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs and time in order to meet project budget and schedule
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
- Managing projects approvals (Invoices, Vendors, Subcontractor, Samples of materials, etc..).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project
- Good communication, writing, and presentation skill.
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- PMP, P3O , PRINCE 2 preferred.
