Job Purpose:


responsible for planning and overseeing a specific project or a wide range of different construction projects. They are responsible for monitoring the project team overall process from conceptualization until completion, within budget goals, and required deadlines.


Responsibilities:


  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs and time in order to meet project budget and schedule
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
  • Managing projects approvals (Invoices, Vendors, Subcontractor, Samples of materials, etc..).


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project
  • Good communication, writing, and presentation skill.
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • PMP, P3O , PRINCE 2 preferred.
