The Call Center Agent handles customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Fluency in English is required for clear communication.


Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries professionally in English.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by the company.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.


Preferred Candidate:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  4. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  6. English speaker with the ability to communicate effectively.
