Skills

  • Filipino nationality required.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a dim sum chef.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality dim sum dishes.
  • Excellent knife skills and knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
