JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our team at
NAMI.
The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience in supply chain management, focusing on leading teams in procurement, inventory management, and logistics functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the procurement process, including vendor management, negotiations
and contract management
- Oversee inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels while meeting
customer demand and minimizing carrying costs
- Manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers while
minimizing transportation costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, sales, and finance, to
develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement processes
enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing supply chain organization
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- CIPS/CPP certifications
- Lean Six Sigma Certifications
Experience
• +5 years of experience in supply chain management, focusing on procurement
inventory management, and logistics
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into
actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate
effectively across functions
