Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse and logistics personnel by ensuring that tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality.
• Lead the team in line with leadership expectations and tools to develop, coach and guide its members to ensure a workforce which is competent, engaged and enable to meet Zamil’s current future needs.
• Organizing handling of all incoming orders and activities related to Jubail Parts warehouse.
• Planning and organizing daily distribution and activities related to Jubail Parts warehouse.
• Managing all operations within the warehouse (receiving of Spare Parts, counting, packing, safe storage and distribution).
• Responsible for the Spare part physical inventory stock counting.
• Responsible to maintain material handling equipment like forklifts and trucks and handling non-confirming goods & monitor on transport delivery performance.

Qualifications:

• High School or diploma in warehouse management or Supply chain.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC Spare Parts experience or 5 years of relevant in warehouse management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English both verbally and written.
• Excellent in Microsoft office.
• Familiar with ORACLE System is preferable.
