About the role:
As a Sales Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them through the sales process and providing exceptional service. You will leverage your consultative selling skills to understand their unique needs and pain points, and position our comprehensive solutions as the best fit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and engage with potential customers to identify their needs and pain points
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to showcase our solutions
- Maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and accurately forecast sales
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and other teams
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive buying experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates in the relevant field can also apply.
- 0-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation technologies.
