Job Purpose:
To Lead and manage the operations of a number of Raw & Pack Warehouse warehouses across Nadec City in Haradh by ensuring seamless operations, driving cost reductions, and improving customer service levels.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic Contribution
- Execute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the In Bound Department to deliver Nadec’s vision and mission.
- Translate the strategy into operational business plans for the Raw & Pack Warehouse and lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company’s strategy
Budgeting
- Participate in the preparation of the functional budget and assess financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized.
Core Accountabilities:
Warehouse Management:
- Ensure that the warehouse operations are aligned with production - plans, safety, and service requirements.
- Manage the daily work activities of Haradh Warehouse to ensure the efficiency of receiving, breakdown, putting away, and dispatching goods to related Customers and internal warehouses.
Inventory Management:
- Work collaboratively with third-party partners to ensure that service levels, inventory targets, and cost reductions are optimized.
- Manage and control the inventory of the warehouses through inventory count to ensure that system records are updated accurately displaying the correct quantities of storage.
- Monitors space utilization and layouts in order to maximize usage.
Improvement and Technology:
- Implement supply chain process improvement initiatives, and systems opportunities, to ensure that the broader S&OP process is supported by a sound logistics function.
Reporting:
- Provide Necessary Analysis and Reporting for Warehouses Performance to identify gaps, Area of improvement.
Job Context:
Manager - Raw & Pack Warehouse will be located in Haradh and will travel to other Nadec Locations as per business needs.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
Education and Certifications: -
- Bachelor of Sciences in Logistics or related fields
- ISO Certificates are plus
- APIC Certificates are preferred
Experience: -
- 5-7 years’ relevant experience in Logistics field.
