An exciting opportunity awaits! We're seeking a dynamic Brand Specialist to join a top regional F&B client in Riyadh.

Reporting directly to the  Brand Manager, you will develop and maintain a strong brand presence for the company and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels to enhance brand equity and drive brand awareness.

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand opportunities and challenges.
  • Define brand positioning, value proposition, and differentiation strategies.
  • Oversee brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use across all marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage brand assets such as logos, taglines, and visuals.
  • Create compelling brand messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for brand initiatives, launches, and events.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on campaign concepts and visual assets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Track brand performance indicators like awareness, perception, and sentiment.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to assess brand health and identify improvement areas.
  • Use data insights and market research to refine brand strategies.
  • Ensure internal stakeholders understand and embody brand values through training and workshops.
  • Foster a brand-centric culture within the organization.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships to align with brand values and audience.
  • Negotiate and oversee brand collaborations, sponsorships, and co-marketing efforts.
  • Leverage partnerships to boost brand visibility and credibility.
  • Act as a brand spokesperson, maintaining media and influencer relationships.
  • Develop press releases, stories, and media pitches to secure coverage.
  • Manage crisis communication and reputation strategies when necessary.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certification in Brand Management or related field (e.g., AMA Certified Brand Manager).
  • Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in brand management, marketing, sales experience, or related roles. Experience in developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Participation in industry conferences, workshops, and online courses focused on brand management, marketing trends, and strategic planning.
