Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, you will develop and maintain a strong brand presence for the company and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels to enhance brand equity and drive brand awareness.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand opportunities and challenges.
- Define brand positioning, value proposition, and differentiation strategies.
- Oversee brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use across all marketing materials.
- Develop and manage brand assets such as logos, taglines, and visuals.
- Create compelling brand messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for brand initiatives, launches, and events.
- Collaborate with creative teams on campaign concepts and visual assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance and ROI.
- Track brand performance indicators like awareness, perception, and sentiment.
- Conduct audits and reviews to assess brand health and identify improvement areas.
- Use data insights and market research to refine brand strategies.
- Ensure internal stakeholders understand and embody brand values through training and workshops.
- Foster a brand-centric culture within the organization.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships to align with brand values and audience.
- Negotiate and oversee brand collaborations, sponsorships, and co-marketing efforts.
- Leverage partnerships to boost brand visibility and credibility.
- Act as a brand spokesperson, maintaining media and influencer relationships.
- Develop press releases, stories, and media pitches to secure coverage.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation strategies when necessary.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification in Brand Management or related field (e.g., AMA Certified Brand Manager).
- Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in brand management, marketing, sales experience, or related roles. Experience in developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns.
- Participation in industry conferences, workshops, and online courses focused on brand management, marketing trends, and strategic planning.
