Job Overview:

We are seeking a Director of Digital Transformation to spearhead innovative digital strategies and initiatives. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving digital innovation, and optimizing operations through advanced technologies. Based in top consulting firms in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, this position offers significant growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Expertise in strategy, operating models, policy development, and government framework design.
• Proven ability to manage and lead projects and teams effectively.
• Experience in the GCC region preferred, with strong knowledge of the KSA market.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation consulting for Government and Public Sector clients in the Middle East, working closely with client teams.
• Manage a team of consultants to deliver strategy, operating model design, policy development, and government framework projects.
• Oversee large, complex engagements, designing and implementing digital solutions to enhance organizational structures and service delivery.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, manage functional and technical teams, and support all aspects of the transformation process.
• Drive business development by crafting and presenting proposals and managing responses to public bids.
• Deliver expert consulting in strategy development, contract evaluation, and process management.
