PURPOSE OF WORK:
Provide assistance/coordination to compensation & benefits supervisor on all related Samref compensation & benefits matters to Saudi & Expat employees, ensuring proper/timely execution of entitlements consistent with related HR guidelines.
REGULAR ASSIGNED DUTIES:
- Ensure that the annual Saudi & Expat Merit Increases are managed to ensure timely and accurate.
- Manage the promotion exercise for all staff and ensuring that all those recommended for promotion fulfill all the criteria set forth within the concerned policies.
- Accurately prepare all salaries related documents for both Saudi & Expat.
- Accurately prepare all benefits related documents for various allowances for both Saudi and Expat.
- Participate in Compensation and Benefits studies/surveys as required and accurately prepare data as and when directed.
- Accurately Administer any government related enrollments in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and updated database for all employees.
- Involvement in budget updates and new policies for Saudi & Expat.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent to Business Administration.
Experience:
4 years of experience in related fields.
