LV Sales Responsibilities :
1. In charge of all LV sales in coordination with Sales Team.
2. Supports Sales Team to increase LV sales.
3. Manages the assigned LV customers and ensures the following are acquired: Customer key persons
-Projects in hand
-Projects in the pipeline.
4. Brings in as much business as possible. In case of potential complete package requirements, informs the Team Leader to assign the project to the concerned team.
5. Conducts a minimum of one visit per week per active customer and one visit per month per inactive customer and submits the related visit report for each visit (purpose of the visit, all information about the customer movement while doing his best to get orders). Ensures all data are updated in the system (CRM).
6. Sets strategies (short-term & long-term) to follow each customer in in coordination with his immediate manager.
7. Constantly seeks new sales leads and develops these leads into new customers/orders.
8.Submits Weekly/monthly/Quarterly reports as deemed required by his immediate superior.
9. Contributes to achieving team's target.
10.Acquires product approvals in coordination with Front Office.
11.Understands and responds to customers' enquiries/requirements, prepares quotations, negotiates and closes deals, finalizes purchase orders with customers.
12.Requests sales order and follows up with the concerned department to ensure completion of the sales process.
13.Fully responsible for collecting payments due as per payment terms in addition to confirmation of accounts.
14. Demonstrates product capabilities/specifications, which require engineering knowledge, by creating and presenting technical information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Engineering, or related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in LV PB.
