Purpose:
Oversee the inspection of all goods and ensure compliance by collaborating with SASO and SABER for the issuance of necessary certifications. Work closely with the SC team and third-party certification bodies (CBs) to guarantee a seamless product flow and full regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure all product certificates are current and properly renewed.
- Verify that certificates adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, in line with SASO, GSO, or specific sector regulations.
- Manage and continuously update the product certificates database, ensuring accurate records.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of all certificate activities, including issuance, renewals, and revocations.
- Resolve issues related to certificate errors or failures, which may include problems with certificate installation, configuration, or trust chains.
- Facilitate the timely issuance of SABER certificates, including both product and shipment certifications.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in quality standards.
- Ensure alignment with Shaker Group's vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Production engineering or equivalent is required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in the same role.
- Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Strong team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in quality management systems (QMS) and tools .
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong English language both written and verbal.
