Head of Supply & Demand Planning

We are looking for an experienced Head of Supply and Demand Planning to lead the development and implementation of our supply chain strategy, aligning with enterprise goals over a multi-year horizon. In this critical role, you will drive supply chain planning initiatives, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Detailed Production Planning, Bought-In Foods Planning, and Milk Balancing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize supply chain planning initiatives to enhance company performance.
• Oversee warehousing space utilization for efficient inbound, outbound, and sales depot operations.

Candidates without the following will not be considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Material Handling, Engineering, or Business Management.
• 15+ years of experience in a Supply Planning environment within FMCG.
• Expertise in high-volume, multi-networked supply chain environments.
• Proficient in planning suites such as SAP APO, with exposure to ERP and MRP systems.
