- Ensure the implementation of benefits programs aligns with company policies and regulations.
- Submit the enrollment and deletion for the employees and their legal dependents to the company insurance plan in time, and timely confirm and pay the premium accurately.
-Explain benefits policies and programs to employees and help them with benefits issues, such as obtaining medical cards, medical reimbursement.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and welfare.
End of Service Benefits Calculation
- Accurately calculate end of service benefits in compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of end of service settlements.
- Maintain records of end of service benefits calculations and payments.
Compliance
- Ensure payroll and benefits policies comply with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and documents related to payroll and benefits.
- Monitor and analyze changes in labor laws and regulations, providing recommendations for necessary adjustments.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect and analyze payroll and benefits data to provide accurate reports and insights to management.
- Prepare regular payroll and benefits reports to help optimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with HR, finance, vendors and other departments to ensure smooth payroll and benefits operations.
- Participate in the development and revision of company payroll and benefits policies.
