Project Control Business Partner

Summary:


Will support project teams and CEO Office in planning, and monitoring project progress. This role involves assisting with data analysis, preparing reports, and ensuring projects stay on track with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to define project milestones and deliverables.
  • Analyze cost performance and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Track and manage project issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze project performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project metrics and KPIs.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure all project-related documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Support the development and refinement of project control processes and tools.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong organizational skills.
