Job Title - Store Manager – Showroom

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced *Store Manager* for a high-end showroom at Riyadh Boulevard. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, managing inventory, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with at least 5 years of experience as a store manager, fluent in English, and skilled in managing both the experiential and sales aspects of the store.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Store Operations:*

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.

- Ensure the store is always presentable, well-maintained, and aligned with the brand image.

- Supervise the experience section and sales section of the showroom, ensuring smooth operation in both areas.

2. *Sales & Guest Experience:*

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring high standards of customer service.

- Drive sales targets and continuously seek opportunities to increase revenue.

- Engage with guests in the experience area and assist in explaining the product and its features.

3. *Inventory Management:*

- Monitor and report inventory levels, ensuring timely stock replenishment.

- Manage stock control and oversee the inventory process to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.

4. *Team Leadership:*

- Train, motivate, and supervise junior staff to ensure they provide high levels of guest service.

- Lead by example, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

5. *Reporting:*

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.

- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding store performance, guest feedback, and any challenges encountered.

6. *Store Presentation & Merchandising:*

- Ensure that product displays and visual merchandising align with company standards.

- Work with marketing teams to execute promotional events and activities within the showroom.

*Qualifications & Skills:*

- *Experience:* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in retail, preferably in a luxury or experiential retail environment.

- *Language:* Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

- *Skills:*

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid experience with inventory management and reporting systems.

- Knowledge of sales techniques and guest service best practices.

- Ability to create a welcoming and interactive experience for showroom visitors.

- Attention to detail, particularly in store presentation and guest care.
