Project Manager Scope:
Project Manager to lead the ongoing implementation of Corporate Internet Banking on BackBase platform. the project manager will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage business stakeholders
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments
- Lead and manage project teams, including internal staff, external vendors, and consultants
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and control, and finally, closure
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to ensure user adoption and maximize the benefits of BackBase implementation
- Manage project risks and issues proactively, develop contingency plans, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to stakeholders
- Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, Bank standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent (highly preferred)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the Banking sector
- In-depth experience with BackBase implementation methodologies and best practices (preferred)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and related project management tools
