Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients. Be the main point of contact for inquiries and issues.
- Business Development: Identify and seize new business opportunities. Develop strategies to boost market share and revenue.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Design and implement sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets. Deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure new business and renew existing agreements.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Use insights to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Collaboration: Partner with recruitment consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and recruitment efforts. Share feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
