Job Purpose:
Responsible for collecting data from the client with a clear understanding of the project scope and the client's needs. Supporting client management activities and briefing.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Study the client's industry to become familiar with the client's business.
- collect the client data like business and requirements.
- Participate in project team discussions and brainstorming addressing challenges and recommendations.
- Benchmark and understand the job requirements according to portfolio and market.
- Write meeting minutes and get approval from the project manager.
- Responsible for scheduling meetings and supporting project reports.
- Visit and work at client locations as needed for project-related activities.
- Attend and observe the client’s meetings with the project seniors.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and briefings.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools, such as Excel, SQL, SPSS, or R.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR metrics and dashboards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
