Job Purpose:
Reconciling claims, scrutinize bills about to be sent out and, maintaining billing records. Inputting billing data on the system, uploading allocating and filing receipts, negotiating with Health Service providers on Financial issues, balancing billing records on a daily and monthly basis. Identifies billing errors for correction and resubmits claims to insurance carriers.
Follow-up on payment miscalculations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Providers relationship through prompt and swift process of their claims.
- Manage all Claims Ops Team and their output & Quality.
- Scheduling and controlling claims payment as per CCHI regulation.
- Provide explanations and information to Providers on their account statement.
- Follow up on all provider issues, questions, inquiries and facilitate resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or any related field.
- 0-3 Years of experience network management.
