Soft Services Manager - Facilities Management

Our client is leading hospitality and service provider in KSA, and currently seeking a Soft Services Manager. The role is based in the Jeddah, KSA Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all soft services operations at the MRO facility, including cleaning, ground services, landscaping, and office services. - Develop and implement comprehensive soft services strategies to meet client requirements and quality standards. - Lead, mentor, and guide the cleaning, ground services, landscaping, and office services teams to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. - Monitor and evaluate soft services performance metrics, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies across all soft services operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business administration or a related field - Proven experience 7+ years in facilities management, particularly in large-scale projects and within the aviation sector. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team and customer centric approach - In-depth knowledge of BICSc. Or APPA standard and facility operations, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in budget management, project planning, and performance monitoring. - Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP, IWFM, CIBSE) is a plus.
