HR- Government Relations Officer- Tabuk Office

Government Relations Officer will report directly to the HR Manager based in KSA and sitting in the TABUK Office and will interact with different government offices to ensure.

  • Communicate with the municipality, economic department and any other government departments in relation to Commercial Licenses and immigration matters.
  • Manage the processing, renewal, and cancellation of visas and work permits for employees, in compliance with Saudi labor laws and immigration regulations.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to government relations, permits, licenses, and other related- documents.
  • Keeping abreast with current labor/ immigration laws and update the HR staff on any changes.
  • Manage of all government system such as COC, Traffic Department, QIWA, MOT, GOSI, Muddad, Customs etc.
  • Provides advice to management on local and government services.
  • Protect the interest of the company in accordance with governmental authorities, laws and regulation.


Skills

The Successful candidate will have/be:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a GRO role.
  • Experience in a construction industry or related industry is preferred.
  • Excellent ties with local government offices/ agencies,
  • Bachelor degree in business management or human resources
  • Priority for those situated in Tabuk.
  • Open to Saudi Nationals only
