Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized assistance to customers with their banking needs, including account inquiries, transactions, and product information.
Conduct financial assessments and recommend suitable banking products and services to meet customers’ needs.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
Assist customers with account openings, loan applications, and other banking services.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
