Overview

We are looking for an outstanding leader to join our management team, where they will take full responsibility for directing engineering operations and major construction projects. This role aims to achieve operational excellence and ensure projects are delivered according to the highest international standards, in line with Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop executive strategies for projects and ensure their implementation according to approved timelines and budgets.
• Manage and direct engineering and construction teams to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Directly supervise contracts and contractors, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and local regulations.
• Make strategic decisions that contribute to the company's growth and expansion of its operations in the contracting sector.
• Provide periodic reports to the Board of Directors on work progress and financial and operational indicators.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive professional experience of at least 10 years in leading major construction projects.
• Full familiarity with Saudi building codes and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in managing large budgets and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Required Skills

• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to make decisions in high-pressure work environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities in risk assessment and cost management.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• High skill level in negotiation and management of client and stakeholder relationships.
