Job Description – Logistics Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Engineer to join the King Salman International Airport Project in Riyadh. 

The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics activities at the project site to ensure the timely and efficient movement of materials, equipment, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project logistics plans and site logistics strategies.
• Coordinate the delivery, storage, movement, and distribution of construction materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with construction, procurement, warehouse, transportation, and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure they arrive according to the project schedule.
• Manage site access, vehicle movement, loading/unloading areas, and material storage locations.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety requirements, and site regulations.
• Identify potential logistics issues and develop effective solutions to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, subcontractors, and relevant project stakeholders.
• Support the project team in optimizing logistics operations and reducing unnecessary delays and costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction or major infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience in large-scale projects, preferably airport, infrastructure, or mega projects, is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction site logistics, material movement, transportation, and storage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English.
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh.
• Available to join immediately.
