(Computer Technician) Hiring – Computer Technician
Our company announces a vacancy for a Computer Technician to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintenance of computers and laptops and troubleshooting technical faults.
Installation and configuration of operating systems, programs, and applications.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and network issues.
Setting up printers and peripheral devices and connecting them to the network.
Regular monitoring and maintenance of IT equipment and hardware.
Providing technical support to users and solving technical problems.
Monitoring and updating security systems and software as needed.
Recording and tracking faults and the actions taken to resolve them.
Requirements:
Appropriate qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Previous experience in technical support and computer maintenance.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking.
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English is preferred.

تشخيص وحل مشكلات الأجهزة والشبكات.
إعداد الطابعات والأجهزة الطرفية وربطها بالشبكة.
متابعة وصيانة أجهزة ومعدات الـ IT بشكل دوري.
تقديم الدعم الفني للمستخدمين وحل المشكلات التقنية.
متابعة وتحديث أنظمة الحماية والبرامج حسب الحاجة.
تسجيل ومتابعة الأعطال والإجراءات المتخذة لحلها.
المتطلبات:
مؤهل مناسب في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو الحاسب الآلي.
خبرة سابقة في مجال الدعم الفني وصيانة أجهزة الكمبيوتر.
معرفة جيدة بأنظمة التشغيل Windows والشبكات.
القدرة على تشخيص وحل المشكلات الفنية بسرعة.
مهارات جيدة في التواصل والعمل ضمن فريق.
يفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
