Job description

1- Litigation management, court cases, commercial disputes, claims, recoveries, settlements, and dispute strategy

2- Reviewing and advising on high-value and high-risk contracts, including service agreements, subcontracts, EPC / industrial contracts, rental agreements, procurement contracts, NDAs, MOUs, amendments, and settlement agreements

3- Leading contract review frameworks, legal risk assessment, deviation sheets, contract negotiation support, and protection of the Company’s commercial and legal position

4- Managing external counsel, reviewing pleadings, case strategies, legal notices, court submissions, expert reports, and settlement recommendations

5- Preparing management-level litigation reports, dispute dashboards, legal exposure summaries, and case-wise action plans for CEO / CFO / Board / senior management

6- Supporting corporate governance, Board / committee matters, shareholder resolutions, corporate approvals, regulatory filings, and company secretarial coordination where required

7- Advising business divisions on legal, contractual, regulatory, operational, compliance, and reputational risks

8- Developing legal templates, standard terms and conditions, contract checklists, legal procedures, delegation controls, and legal documentation standards

Skills

• 15+ years of legal experience, preferably with strong in-house legal leadership experience

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, construction, oil and gas, EPC, heavy equipment, maintenance, waste management, logistics, or contracting environment will be preferred

• Strong background in litigation, commercial disputes, contract review, claims, legal notices, and external counsel coordination

• Understanding of Saudi legal, regulatory, corporate, labor, commercial, and court environment will be a strong advantage

• Professional qualification in Law is required; additional qualifications in arbitration, corporate governance, compliance, or contract management will be an added advantage

• Strong English drafting skills are required; Arabic legal coordination / bilingual exposure will be preferred
