Job Description:
A major company announces its need for an experienced and efficient Agricultural Supervisor to monitor and execute agricultural fieldwork and supervise labor, ensuring production quality and work progress according to set plans.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Experience in supervising agriculture and green space projects.
Direct field supervision of planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control operations.
Guiding and monitoring the performance of agricultural labor and assigning daily tasks to them.
Monitoring plant health, detecting pests and diseases early, and developing treatment plans.
Monitoring the operation and maintenance of irrigation networks and agricultural equipment.
Preparing periodic reports on the farm's status and crop growth stages.
Requirements and Conditions:
Higher agricultural qualification (Bachelor of Agriculture) or an appropriate intermediate qualification with strong experience.
Excellent knowledge of crop types, fertilizers, pesticides, and modern irrigation systems.
Leadership personality and high capability in managing labor and fieldwork.

تعلن شركة كبرى عن حاجتها إلى مشرف زراعي ذو خبرة وكفاءة لمتابعة وتنفيذ الأعمال الزراعية الميدانية، والإشراف على العمالة، لضمان جودة الإنتاج وسير العمل وفق الخطط الموضوعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
خبرة في الإشراف على مشاريع الزراعة والمسطحات الخضراء.
الإشراف الميداني المباشر على عمليات الزراعة، الري، التسميد، والمكافحة.
توجيه ومتابعة أداء العمالة الزراعية وتوزيع المهام اليومية عليهم.
متابعة صحة النباتات واكتشاف الآفات والأمراض مبكراً ووضع خطط العلاج.
متابعة تشغيل وصيانة شبكات الري ومعدات الزراعة.
إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة المزرعة ومراحل نمو المحاصيل.
المتطلبات والشروط:
مؤهل عالي زراعي (بكالوريوس زراعة) أو مؤهل متوسط مناسب مع خبرة قوية.
معرفة ممتازة بأنواع المحاصيل، الأسمدة، المبيدات، وأنظمة الري الحديثة.
شخصية قيادية وقدرة عالية على إدارة العمالة والعمل الميداني.
