About the Role

Takamul Facilities Operation and Maintenance Company is seeking a Project Management Director to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role aims to provide general oversight of project and program management activities, and monitor the development of implementation plans to ensure objectives are achieved within specified timelines and allocated budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the development and implementation of project and program plans, guide budget estimation processes, and identify necessary human, technical, and equipment requirements, ensuring they are provided in a timely manner and within the estimated cost.
• Identify project assumptions and interdependencies with other projects and programs to ensure optimal resource utilization, and identify project risks, establishing necessary steps to avoid and resolve them effectively.
• Coordinate with project teams to review completed work and remaining phases, ensure adherence to project scope, approved project management standards, and quality specifications, and manage change processes according to established plans.
• Coordinate and follow up on the completion of key project milestones and project closure processes, evaluate the extent to which project deliverables meet key objectives, and ensure the transfer of knowledge and expertise while documenting all project-related documents and reports.
• Supervise the preparation of project progress reports, challenge and risk management reports, and reports measuring performance indicators and project success factors periodically, and submit them to relevant stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in project management.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to supervise and guide work teams effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position in the city of Jeddah, Makkah, within a dynamic work environment that requires the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
