We are hiring qualified Vendor Inspectors for manufacturing, fabrication and inspection activities in Saudi Arabia.
Candidates will be considered for specialized inspection disciplines based on their experience, technical expertise, certifications and relevant commodity/process knowledge.
Available Positions
Welding & NDT Inspector – QM-03 / QM-30 – 1 Positions
Experience in welding and NDT inspection. Candidates with AWS CWI, CSWIP 3.1 and/or ASNT Level II certification are preferred.
Electrical Inspector – QM-01 / QM-02 / QM-36 – 1 Positions
Experience in electrical inspection with working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70, IEC or equivalent standards. Cathodic Protection experience with NACE knowledge is an advantage.
Heat Treatment Inspector – QM-07 – 1 Position
Experience in heat treatment inspection, processes, equipment and parameters, with knowledge of ASME B31.3 and ASME Section VIII Division 1.
Mechanical & PMI Inspector – QM-25 / QM-26 – 1 Position
Mechanical inspection experience with hands-on PMI equipment experience and knowledge of applicable ASME, ANSI, API, NACE and AWS requirements.
Coating Inspector – QM-34 – 1 Position
Experience in coating/painting inspection, surface preparation and applicable coating standards. NACE Level II / CSWIP Level II or equivalent certification preferred.
Rotating Equipment Inspector – QM-35 – 1 Position
Minimum 4 years' hands-on rotating equipment inspection experience covering pumps, compressors, turbines, generators, gears and motors, including FAT and vibration/temperature assessment.
Desired Candidate Profile
6+ years of inspection experience.
Minimum 2 years' relevant commodity/process experience.
Experience in manufacturing plants, fabrication or vendor inspection.
Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of applicable industry standards and specifications.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.
Ability to conduct inspections with minimal supervision.
Good command of English.
Relevant technical certifications will be considered according to the inspection discipline.
Candidates must be able to provide supporting documents/certificates for claimed qualifications and experience.

فاحص اللحام وNDT – QM-03 / QM-30 – وظيفة واحدة
خبرة في فحص اللحام وNDT. يفضل المرشحون حاملي AWS CWI، CSWIP 3.1 و/أو ASNT Level II.
فاحص كهربائي – QM-01 / QM-02 / QM-36 – وظيفة واحدة
خبرة في التفتيش الكهربائي مع معرفة عملية بـ NEC، NFPA 70، IEC أو المعايير المكافئة. خبرة حماية كاثودية مع معرفة NACE تعتبر ميزة.
فاحص المعالجة الحرارية – QM-07 – وظيفة واحدة
خبرة في فحص المعالجة الحرارية والعمليات والمعدات والمعايير، مع معرفة ASME B31.3 وASME Section VIII Division 1.
فاحص ميكانيكي و PMI – QM-25 / QM-26 – وظيفة واحدة
خبرة في التفتيش الميكانيكي مع خبرة عملية في معدات PMI ومعرفة بمتطلبات ASME وANSI وAPI وNACE وAWS المعمول بها.
فاحص الكسوة/الطلاء – QM-34 – وظيفة واحدة
خبرة في فحص الكسوة/الطلاء، تجهيز السطح والمعايير ذات الصلة. يفضل شهادة NACE Level II / CSWIP Level II أو ما يعادلها.
فاحص معدات دوّارة – QM-35 – وظيفة واحدة
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في فحص المعدات الدوارة تشمل المضخات والضواغط والتوربينات والمولدات والتروس والمحركات، بما في ذلك FAT وتقييم الاهتزاز/الحرارة.
الملف المرشح المرغوب فيه
6+ سنوات من خبرة التفتيش.
الحد الأدنى سنتين من الخبرة ذات الصلة بالسلعة/العملية.
خبرة في مصانع التصنيع، أو التنفيذ أو فحص الموردين.
درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم أو مؤهّل مكافئ.
معرفة قوية بالمعايير الصناعية والمواصفات المعمول بها.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية.
معرفة بمتطلبات ISO 9001.
القدرة على إجراء التفتيش تحت إشراف محدود.
إتقان جيد لـ الإنجليزية.
سيتم النظر في الشهادات الفنية ذات الصلة وفقًا لتخصص التفتيش.
يجب أن يكون المرشحون قادرين على توفير الوثائق/الشهادات الداعمة لل qualifications والخبرة المطالب بها.
