Sama Team Contracting is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a strong professional network and a proven ability to secure projects across the government and private sectors.
Responsibilities
* Generate and secure new projects for the company.* Build relationships with developers, consultants, government entities, and corporate clients.* Promote the company’s services in:* General Contracting* Interior Fit-Out* Interior Design* Furniture Solutions* Wood Manufacturing & Joinery* Facility Maintenance* Conduct client meetings and presentations.* Follow opportunities through contract award.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within the construction industry.* Strong network within the Saudi market.* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.* Self-motivated and target-driven.
