Responsibilities and Job Description
- Supervise the daily workflow inside the branch and ensure the implementation of all operational procedures
- Lead and guide the team, assign tasks, and monitor their execution
- Achieve the approved sales and profitability targets
- Monitor customer service quality and professionally handle complaints and suggestions
- Monitor compliance with company policies and regulations
- Prepare work schedules, vacations, and shifts
- Periodically evaluate employee performance
- Hold regular meetings with the team
- Monitor KPIs and work on improving them
Requirements and Skills
- Experience of at least two years in supervising branches or managing teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

- الإشراف على سير العمل اليومي داخل الفرع والتأكد من تنفيذ جميع الإجراءات التشغيلية
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق العمل وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة تنفيذها
- تحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات والربحية المعتمدة
- متابعة جودة خدمة العملاء ومعالجة الشكاوى والاقتراحات باحترافية
- مراقبة الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وأنظمتها
- إعداد جداول العمل والإجازات والمناوبات
- تقييم أداء الموظفين بشكل دوري
- عقد اجتماعات دورية مع فريق العمل
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) والعمل على تحسينها
الشروط والمهارات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الإشراف على الفروع أو إدارة فرق العمل
- مهارات قيادية واتصال عالية
- القدرة على إعداد وتحليل التقارير
- معرفة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق المستهدفات
