We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. EPMO Manager to Lead Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), establishing the governance framework, methodology, and reporting discipline for all strategic initiatives and capital projects across the organization. Provides the executive leadership with a consolidated, real-time view of portfolio performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with corporate strategy and Vision 2030 objectives.
1. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain EPMO governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and stage-gate processes. Oversee the enterprise project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, timelines, and approved business cases. Prepare executive dashboards, portfolio performance reports, and KPI tracking for senior leadership. Manage portfolio risks, issues, change requests, and ensure timely escalation and resolution. Support resource and capacity planning across projects, identifying priorities and resolving conflicts. Monitor project financial performance, budget adherence, and cost-control initiatives. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and governance compliance. Conduct project quality reviews, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement. Mentor project managers and promote consistent project management standards across the organization. Act as the key liaison between the EPMO and executive leadership on portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.
2. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree and/or professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or P3O certification are preferred.+6 years in project/program management or PMO leadership, including experience managing multi-project portfolios. Fluent in Arabic and English.
