Hospitality Manager – Healthcare Operations

As part of this continued growth, the organisation is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee hospitality operations across its hospitals in Riyadh.
The Opportunity The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for ensuring consistently high standards of hospitality, housekeeping, hygiene, comfort and patient experience across multiple healthcare facilities in Riyadh.
This is a multi-site operational leadership role, requiring close collaboration with hospital management, clinical teams, support functions and external service providers. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, standardising hospitality services and supporting the successful opening of new hospitals across the region.
Key Responsibilities Lead multi-site hospitality operations across hospitals in Riyadh, ensuring consistently high standards of service, cleanliness and patient experience. Manage and develop hospitality, housekeeping and support teams, alongside external contractors and service providers. Establish and maintain hospitality, QHSE and patient experience standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements. Drive continuous improvement, using KPIs, audits and patient feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction. Support the opening and mobilisation of new hospitals, ensuring hospitality services and standards are implemented effectively from day one. Work closely with hospital leadership and clinical teams, providing operational oversight, performance reporting and support with budgeting and cost optimisation.
Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facility Management, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
Experience6–10 years' experience in hospitality management, preferably within a healthcare, hospital or medical centre environment. Proven experience managing multi-site operations and regional hospitality activities. Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly desirable. Experience managing external contractors and service providers. Experience supporting new facility or hospital openings would be advantageous.
Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and patient experience standards. Good understanding of QHSE standards and healthcare accreditation requirements. Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proven leadership skills and experience managing multicultural teams. Strong understanding of operational KPIs, reporting and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. French language skills would be an advantage.
Additional Requirements Willingness and ability to travel between healthcare facilities within Riyadh as required. Willingness and ability to travel to healthcare facilities in Makkah and Jeddah to support operational and business requirements. Ability to oversee and manage female staff accommodation.
