About the Role

Habib Trading Company is seeking a Project Management Director to join its team in Riyadh. The holder of this role will be responsible for overall supervision of project and program management activities to ensure the objectives are achieved within the defined timelines and approved budgets. This is a full-time position requiring practical experience of 2 to 5 years in project management.

Overall Role Objective

The main objective of this role is to provide comprehensive oversight of the project and program lifecycle, from developing implementation plans and monitoring progress, to setting and tracking budgets and contracting procedures. This includes identifying costs, funding sources, and monitoring execution to ensure projects are completed effectively and achieve the desired outcomes.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of project and program plans, guide and monitor budget estimates, determine human, technical, and equipment requirements, and ensure availability on time and within the estimated cost.
• Supervise project assumptions and all interfaces with other projects or programs to ensure optimal resource utilization, identify project risks and the steps needed to mitigate and resolve them effectively.
• Coordinate with the project team to review completed work and remaining phases, ensure compliance with the project scope and approved project management standards and quality specifications, and manage changes based on the plans.
• Coordinate and monitor the closing phases of the project and project closure, assess the level of achievement of project outputs against its main goals, and ensure transfer of all related knowledge and experience and document project documents, templates, and reports.
• Oversee preparation of project progress reports, risk and challenge management reports, and periodic performance indicators and success factors reports, and submit related reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in project and program management.

Work Environment

The job location is Riyadh, and full-time dedication (full-time) is required to perform the specified tasks and responsibilities.
