Job Opportunity | Government Sales and Tenders Specialist – Etimad Platform
Location: Riyadh – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
A company specialized in government tenders and operating on government platforms seeks a Sales and Tenders Specialist with hands-on experience on the Etimad platform, especially in tenders related to vehicles and equipment.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in sales.
At least 2 years of experience on the Etimad platform.
Hands-on experience in government tenders related to vehicles and equipment.
Good knowledge of the tender cycle from requirements study, pricing, submission, to award and implementation.
The ability to prepare and review pricing and commercial offers.
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and follow-up.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Excel.
We are looking for someone:
With real hands-on experience on the Etimad platform and government tenders, not just theoretical knowledge of the platform, capable of managing the tender from start to finish.

تعلن شركة متخصصة في المنافسات الحكومية والعمل على المنصات الحكومية عن حاجتها إلى أخصائي مبيعات ومنافسات لديه خبرة عملية في منصة اعتماد، وبالأخص في المنافسات المتعلقة بـالمركبات والمعدات.
المتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في منصة اعتماد.
خبرة فعلية في المنافسات الحكومية المتعلقة بالمركبات والمعدات.
معرفة جيدة بدورة المنافسة من دراسة المتطلبات والتسعير والتقديم وحتى الترسية والتنفيذ.
القدرة على إعداد ومراجعة التسعيرات والعروض التجارية.
مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض والمتابعة.
إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وExcel.

يمتلك خبرة عملية حقيقية في منصة اعتماد والمنافسات الحكومية، وليس مجرد معرفة نظرية بالمنصة، وقادر على إدارة المنافسة ومتابعتها من البداية وحتى التنفيذ.
