About the Role We're looking for a hands-on QS Engineer to strengthen our commercial function across active construction projects in Riyadh. You'll take full ownership of quantities, subcontractor accounts, and cost control on site. Key Responsibilities Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and interim payment applications (IPAs) Manage subcontractor accounts: payments, variations, back-charges, and final accounts Track subcontractor presence, progress, and dues on site with full visibility Evaluate variation orders and support claims preparation Coordinate with the Commercial & Contracts team on cost reports and budget monitoring Ensure accurate documentation and records for all commercial transactions Requirements BSc in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field7–10 years' QS experience in construction (GCC/KSA experience preferred) Strong knowledge of measurement standards, subcontract administration, and cost control Proficiency in Auto CAD, Excel, and quantity take-off tools Fluent English; Arabic is a plus Transferable Iqama preferred
