A leading company in the heavy equipment industry is seeking a Warehouse Manager with extensive experience in managing heavy equipment spare parts warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full supervision of spare parts warehouse operations.
• Managing inventory, ensuring stock accuracy, and achieving optimal stock levels.
• Developing and improving storage, issuance, and receiving procedures.
• Leading the warehouse team and enhancing operational performance efficiency.
• Coordinating with procurement, maintenance, and sales departments to ensure spare parts availability.
• Preparing periodic reports and performance indicators for the warehouses.
• Implementing best practices in warehouse management and safety.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in a Warehouse Manager position.
• Specialized experience in managing heavy equipment spare parts warehouses.
• Experience must be with an authorized heavy equipment dealer or a company involved in the sale and maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment spare parts, classification and coding systems, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and warehouse management software.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to lead work teams.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
