We are hiring a Senior Open Shift Platform Consultant to provide operational support, platform advisory, and governance for enterprise Red Hat Open Shift environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Open Shift administration, Kubernetes, Linux, platform operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
Experience:
4–10 years of experience in Linux, Dev Ops, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering. Hands-on experience with Red Hat Open Shift. Experience supporting enterprise production environments and Day-2 Operations.
Key Responsibilities:Provide operational support and strategic advisory for Red Hat Open Shift Platform. Perform Open Shift patching, upgrades, and cluster lifecycle management. Monitor platform health, capacity, certificates, and overall performance. Manage Open Shift nodes, pods, projects, quotas, RBAC, and networking. Configure and troubleshoot Ingress, Networking, Prometheus, Logging, and Monitoring. Perform etcd and master node backup & restore operations. Manage Security Context Constraints (SCC), Service Accounts, and Authentication. Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and Level-3 technical support. Collaborate with Red Hat Support and Engineering teams to resolve complex production issues. Support change management, migration planning, and platform optimization. Conduct workshops and provide technical guidance to operations and development teams. Recommend best practices for platform reliability, scalability, and security.
