The Role

The Glass & Aluminum Technician will play a crucial role in executing projects related to glass and aluminum structures. This involves ensuring all work adheres to high standards of quality and safety. The position requires a professional who can manage tasks efficiently, both independently and collaboratively, to deliver precise and durable installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble aluminum doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, and various glass systems.
• Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and specifications provided for projects.
• Measure, cut, fabricate, and install aluminum and glass components with precision.
• Perform routine maintenance and necessary repair work on existing aluminum and glass installations.
• Ensure all workmanship meets high-quality standards and complies with established safety regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with site supervisors and other trades to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Glass & Aluminum Technician.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive installation, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications is required.
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety standards.
