Job Summary We are looking for a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design exceptional digital experiences across multiple brands within our group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-driven user experiences for websites, e-commerce platforms, landing pages, and digital products while ensuring each brand maintains its unique identity and delivers a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities Design user-centered interfaces for multiple brand websites, e-commerce stores, and digital platforms. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Conduct UX research to understand customer behavior, pain points, and user needs. Improve website usability and optimize customer journeys to increase engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with E-Commerce, Marketing, Branding, Product, and Development teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences. Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components across multiple brands. Ensure consistency while adapting designs to each brand's visual identity and guidelines. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Conduct usability testing and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve digital experiences. Optimize landing pages and website interfaces for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Support new website launches, redesign projects, and seasonal campaign pages. Stay updated on UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within e-commerce or retail. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI design, and end-to-end digital projects. Experience designing for responsive websites and mobile-first experiences. Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams.
