Job Description:
Open Text Administration Administer Open Text Content Server, Archive Server, OTDS, and x ECM environments. Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and security policies. Troubleshoot platform, application, and integration issues. Coordinate with infrastructure, database, SAP Basis, and network teams. Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery validation. Installation & Upgrade Install and configure Open Text Content Server, Archive Server, OTDS, OTAC, and Extended ECM (x ECM). Configure application servers, web servers, databases, and storage components required for Open Text platforms. Plan and execute Open Text version upgrades and patching activities. Perform upgrade impact assessments and compatibility analysis. Execute upgrade activities for:Open Text Content Server Open Text Archive Server Open Text Extended ECMOTDSConduct upgrade rehearsals, cutover planning, and production deployment. SAP Integration Administer SAP Archive Link integrations. Configure and maintain Open Text x ECM integration with SAP S/4HANA. Support document archiving and retrieval processes. Configure Business Workspaces and Business References. Troubleshoot SAP/Open Text interfaces and workflow integrations. Mandatory Skills Open Text Content Server Administration Open Text Archive Server Open Text Extended ECM (x ECM) Open Text Directory Services (OTDS) Open Text Archive Center Required Experience Minimum 8 years of Open Text administration experience. Minimum 2 full lifecycle Open Text implementations. Minimum 2 Open Text upgrade projects completed successfully. Experience with Open Text and SAP integration projects. Experience supporting large enterprise environments. Experience in S/4HANA transformation programs is highly preferred.
