- Key Client Management
|
- Manage strategic clients such as Absher, TAMM, and Board of Grievances.
- Ensure alignment with client expectations and business requirements.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships

- Financial Products Development
|
- Manage development of core financial services such as digital payment systems within Dhamen.
- Ensure scalability and reliability of financial services.
- Align product capabilities with fintech standards.

- Open Banking Services
|
- Oversee open banking services such as IBAN verification.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Enhance integration with banking partners.

- Product Launch & Roadmap Execution
|
- Define and monitor product launch plans for Dhamen Escrow.
- Ensure timely delivery of releases and feature enhancements.
- Track progress against roadmap milestones.

- Product Ownership (Dhamen & OTI)
|
- Manage Dhamen Escrow as a core product.
- Oversee OTI product developed with internal teams.
- Ensure product performance and continuous improvement.

- Partnerships & Ecosystem Management
|
- Manage agreements with key partners such as banks and payment providers.
- Ensure effective collaboration and service integration.
- Monitor partner performance and commitments.

- New Partnerships Development
|
- Identify and establish new partnerships (e.g., Staq, Tradeshift).
- Support business growth through ecosystem expansion.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities and benefits.

- Policies, Processes & Procedures
|
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
