Job Details

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • ·         Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for high-rise building projects (15+ Floors), ensuring safe and efficient project execution.

  • ·           Develop, implement, and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • ·           Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.

  • ·          Coordinate and manage consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.

  • ·          Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.

  • ·           Review and approve construction methodologies, method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and work procedures.

  • ·          Ensure full compliance with local building codes, authority regulations, HSE requirements, and company policies.

  • ·         Oversee the execution and coordination of structural, architectural, MEP, and façade works to ensure seamless integration.

  • ·         Chair regular progress meetings and prepare project status reports for senior management and clients.

  • ·         Monitor project cash flow, cost control, variations, claims, and contract administration in coordination with the commercial team.

  • ·         Manage project procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

  • ·         Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

  • ·         Lead, mentor, and evaluate project staff including project engineers, site engineers, construction managers, supervisors, and foremen.

  • ·         Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities.

  • ·         Promote continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and effective communication across all project stakeholders.

  • ·         Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication with clients and government authorities.

  • ·         Lead risk management activities and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

  • ·         Review and approve project baseline schedules and recovery plans in coordination with the planning department.

  • ·         Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and ISO standards.

  • ·         Support contract negotiations, variation orders, and dispute resolution when required.

  • ·         Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project cost and constructability.

Requirements

  •  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

  • • Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings.

  • • Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers Preferred

  • • KSA experience preferred

  •  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulations

  •  • Proven experience delivering high-rise building projects

  •  • Strong main contractor background

  •  • Ability to manage construction programs, budgets, consultants.

  •  • Available to join immediately preferred

  • • Proven experience managing large-scale building projects in GCC (Saudi experience preferred).

  • • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

  • • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

  • • Proficiency in project management tools.
