Role Description The Head of Wealth Management is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for leading the Wealth Management division, setting strategy, and driving growth across investment products and advisory services for high-net-worth and institutional clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing portfolio construction and asset allocation, reviewing investment performance, and ensuring that all offerings align with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies. The Head of Wealth Management will manage and develop relationship managers and advisors, support business development initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. The role also involves contributing to product development, and reporting on business performance and market trends to senior leadership. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in Investment Management and Investments, with a track record of managing diversified portfolios and delivering consistent performance. Candidates should possess solid Finance and Financial Services knowledge, including familiarity with capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and wealth management products. Candidates should possess Business Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow trusted relationships with high-net-worth and institutional clients. Achieve targeted revenue goals KPI yearly. Extensive experience in leading wealth management teams, preferably within a regulated financial institution. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and people management capabilities, with the ability to mentor and develop teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries and needs. High ethical standards and a strong commitment to compliance, risk management, and client-centric service. Must have CME-1. Minimum of 12 years of experience.
