Key responsibilities and duties
- Managing and developing relationships with existing and new customers within the Riyadh region and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyzing customer needs and presenting suitable solutions from the factory product portfolio, considering technical specifications and quality.
- Preparing and implementing monthly and quarterly sales plans in coordination with the marketing and operations teams.
- Following up on quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals while adhering to departmental policy and financial procedures.
- Coordinating procurement and delivery processes with relevant departments to ensure orders are executed with high quality and on time.
- Collecting and analyzing sales data and providing periodic reports to the sales management to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participating in exhibitions and industry events to enhance the company's presence and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least a Higher Diploma, with 2 to 5 years of initial experience in industrial or field sales.
- Residence and work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, prefer residents of the Riyadh area.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and basic English for handling technical documents and presentations.
- Good understanding of factory operations and industrial products, with ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets with professionalism and efficiency.

- Organization and time management, ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Good use of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
